ÉLAN KEYNOTE

The Big Idea

The pressure for people to be on the top of their game – all times - in all areas of their life - has never been higher.

How is it that professional athletes can handle the pain of rigorous training, injury and go the extra mile to win, but many high achievers win at the cost of their health and sanity?

This begs the question,
what if the problem is not your job,
it is you?

Or maybe it’s bad decisions you didn’t even know you were making because your brain hijacked you?  In this keynote, I want to show you how stress, pain and the brain work together.

Learn how you can take control of your body and mind holistically to recover and come back stronger physically and mentally, without hustle or punishing yourself.

“As part of our Vermillion Talent, return-to-work, masterclasses at MasterCard and Eileen Fisher, Jennifer shared her knowledge and led a health and well-being exercise

“Wonderful Experience”

“Given my own wonderful experience with Jennifer's training and wanting to gift my staff for their dedicated and challenging work, I hired Jennifer for a restorative morning.

The staff was later vocal about their appreciation and praise for Jennifer and what she had done to restore their bodies and spirits. Jennifer's activities went a long way in restoring my staff's energy and enabling them to continue their good work to support struggling parents.”
